Terms of Use
The terms for using HUVRA
The service
HUVRA is a verification service that records members' declarations and files. It is not a notary, a copyright registry or an AI detection tool.
Member responsibility
Members are responsible for the accuracy of their declarations and for the rights they hold in the files they upload. A false declaration may lead to revocation of the certificate.
Records and revocation
Records are never deleted; they are revoked as a new event. A revocation appears on the public status page.
Evidence requests
Requests for evidence from third parties must state a reason and are subject to administrator approval. When a request is approved, the relevant file and declaration are provided to the requester.
Limitation of liability
HUVRA shows that a record exists and when it was made. It gives no assurance about a work's originality, protectability or legal status.
