Sign up
Open an individual account, or set up a company and invite your team.
Introduce the work
Name, category and files. Files are encrypted and fingerprinted.
Describe the process and contributions
Answer questions about who created the creative elements and which tools were used for which task. You are never asked for a percentage.
Add evidence and sign
You can add sketches, intermediate versions or working history. The system suggests a preliminary class; you read the declaration and sign it.
Record statuses
The status is independent of the origin class and the verification level.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Declaration record | At the Declaration level, the work is uploaded and recorded immediately. No independent review takes place. |
| Awaiting review | The Reviewed or Audited level was requested; the work is in the queue. |
| In review | An evaluator or auditor is looking at the file. |
| More information needed | The evaluator has asked the applicant for more information. |
| Approved | The review is complete and the record is valid. |
| Rejected | Rejected, with a written reason. |
| Suspended | Paused for up to 60 days because of serious doubt. The seal is not active. |
| Revoked | The applicant withdrew it, or the declaration was found to be false. The seal is not active. |
| expired | The validity period of the record has ended. |
