Explicit Consent
Explicit consent text for the public display of your profile
This text is separate from the privacy notice. For the privacy notice, see the Privacy Notice. You do not have to give explicit consent; if you do not, you can keep using HUVRA.
Public display of your profile
As HUVRA, we would like to inform you about the public display of your profile, which takes place only if you give your explicit consent.
If you give explicit consent, your full name, profile photo, cover image, short description, about text, location, website and social media links (only those you have filled in) are shown on certificate verification pages and on your public profile, where anyone with internet access can see them. This data is processed so that pages showing that works belong to you can be read.
If you do not give explicit consent, these pages show only “Member”; your data stays stored on your dashboard and your name is used in your signed declarations.
You can withdraw your explicit consent at any time under Dashboard > Profile > Explicit consent. Withdrawal takes effect for the future and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. The time at which your consent is given and withdrawn is recorded, together with the version of this text, as proof.
You can make your choice only after signing in, in the explicit consent section on the Dashboard > Profile page. There, “I give explicit consent” and “I do not give explicit consent” are offered as separate options.
